2020년 10월 20일 나이 30에 처음으로 신경정신과를 방문했다. 주요 원인은 회사에서의 스트레스 그리고 상사의 괴롭힘 때문이다. 전회사에서도 직속상사와 잘 맞는 편은 아니었는데 그나마 팀장과 친해서 잘 버틸 수 있었다. 그러나 이번 회사는 팀에 팀장과 나 둘뿐이고, 내가 아무것도 할 수 있는 게 없어 더 심각하다. 팀장은 나한테 일을 시킨다. 그런데 하나도 중요하지 않은 일만 시킨다. 내가 일을 해도 직접 윗선에 보고할 수 없게 하고, 아무리 자료를 잘 만들어가도 팀장 혼자 그 자료 바탕으로 자기가 다시 자료를 만들어 보고한다. 결과적으로 내가 만든 결과물은 팀장만 보는 것이다. 자료를 수십번 업데이트하고 고쳐도 팀장은 결국 내 자료를 다른 사람에게 보고하지 않는다. 다른 팀 사람들은 아무리 낮은 ..
